Eric Dinyer is an author/illustrator/photographer who has worked in the entertainment, music, and publishing industries in many ways.
His experience includes projects with Time-Warner Books, Columbia Records, Viking Penguin, St. Martin's Press, Doubleday, and Scholastic, as well as in publications such as Harper's, Newsweek, and The New York Times Book Review. His work has been profiled in international design publications as diverse as the Seoul, South Korea-published Design Net Magazine to the Sao Paulo, Brazil publication, Grafica. His work has been used in feature films such as, Shaft, Spiderman, and Freaky Friday. Showtime Networks based a thirty-second television spot on eight of Dinyer's images for their Sci-Fridays series. Eric has created cover images for Bruce Springsteen and Sting. He has illustrated two books, The Breathing Field: Meditations on Yoga and Effort and Surrender: The Art and Wisdom of Yoga.
Dinyer holds a B.F.A. from Washington University in St. Louis, MO. and an M.F.A from the School of Visual Arts in New York City, NY.
